Meet Kathy

At Yin Yang Consultancy, we work with individuals, teams and businesses to turn ideas into action and goals into reality. Using practical tools, proven frameworks and deep insight, we guide you to uncover what works best for you, then help you implement it with clarity and confidence. Our role is to make planning and goal setting simpler, more sustainable and more effective.

Led by Kathy Rimmer and a handpicked team of trusted specialists, we meet you where you are. We will challenge you when needed, slow things down when they feel overwhelming, and gently steer you back when you lose direction. We always keep your wellbeing front of mind.

Our work is grounded in three core values: courage, serenity and wisdom. These are the qualities we aim to strengthen in ourselves and in every member and customer we support.

Kathy does not believe in the word “cannot”. She focuses on what can be done and builds from there.

She is happily married to her soulmate and is grateful to have his support. At times, some of the ideas she has had have sounded almost crazy, but he has been her rock, keeping her grounded. He calls her the glue of the family, keeping everyone together.

They have two children who will shortly be taller than her. At five foot five and a half inches, that is not hard. Kathy and her husband are very proud and feel lucky to have been chosen by them as parents. The kids teach them new things every day. As adults, we often forget to look at things creatively. We stop asking why and what if. Kathy is grateful for the reminder
